Detailed Description

Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, predominantly from Verzenay (as well as Avenay and Tauxières), this expression was cellar aged for more than twice the time required by the appellation, leading to a bold, complex, rewarding flavour profile.

Bollinger PN VZ16 Champagne Tasting Notes

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: Soft rhubarb and plum fruity notes up front, supported by creamy vanilla and a touch of hazelnut.

Finish: Finish is very long and very satisfying.
