Château Sainte Roseline is a winery located in the Var region of Provence, France. The winery was founded in the 12th century by monks who planted vineyards on the property. Over the centuries, the winery has changed hands several times, but it has always remained a family-owned and operated estate.The winery produces a range of wines, including rosé, red, and white wines, using traditional winemaking techniques. Château Sainte Roseline is particularly known for its rosé wines, which are made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes.The winery’s vineyards are spread over 108 hectares of land, with varying soil types and microclimates that contribute to the complexity of the wines. The winery practices sustainable viticulture, using natural methods to control pests and diseases and minimize the use of chemical treatments.
